The challenge
Hot-water and air-conditioning loads drove high energy bills, and outages affected the guest experience. Coastal salt air demanded corrosion-resistant design.
Our solution
We combined an 80 kWp rooftop array and lithium storage with a pumped solar water heating system, using marine-grade mounting and enclosures.
The outcome
The resort enjoys reliable power and hot water for guests with significantly lower utility and diesel costs.
